Set in the heart of the world famous Flecker Botanic Gardens, Botanic Gardens Restaurant is renowned for its superb location, atmosphere and of course fine food & service.

Creating a magical setting as the foundation for a perfect wedding or a private dinner, we have successfully achieved a balance of ambience, privacy and romance.

Your host, Kimara Timms, who is a qualified chef, and her professional team draw on her own personal experience and knowledge to help plan the perfect function from a wedding reception, private dinner, surprise birthday party, anniversaries, funerals, corporate meetings, cocktail party, fundraiser and catering. The courtyard garden area is the ideal setting for a more informal gathering or for your guests to enjoy pre-dinner drinks, before moving into the undercover restaurant, surrounded by lush tropical gardens (seating for up to 110 guests).

Final numbers are required 7days prior to function.

A 20% Deposit is required at time of booking. An additional 20% cancellation fee applies.

Functions have a time limit of:-
i.     5 hours for sit down (min 50 adults)
ii.     3 hours for stand up (min 50 people)

Extensions to function time will be charged at $600 per hour.

Liquor license is until 12 midnight.No confetti is permitted in the gardens or restaurant.

A cleaning fee will apply if confetti or rice is used.

The Management will not accept responsibility for any loss or damages to goods or other property left on premises prior to, during or after a function, although every care will be taken.

Entertainment can be discussed with management at time of booking.

Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday functions incur a 15% surcharge.

Cash, credit card or cheque accepted - balance due at end of function.

All breakages or damages must be paid for.

Botanic Gardens Restaurant is fully licensed and under licensing laws. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the licensed area.
